About DMFS

DMFS Financial Advisers is a personal service investment, superannuation and retirement planning business. While we have both wholesale and retail capabilities, we prefer the retail process.

Aged Care is an “add on” service which requires knowledge and experience, because its about people and their needs.

According to Money Management, 67% of financial advisers do not believe client’s parents (and or) aged care is an issue they are required to service.

We believe that we can either assist with a client’s needs (mainly the financials and Centrelink), or have the resources to refer to someone that can (placement, vendor advocacy, legal, home care consultants).

Retirement planning is a focus of the firm, along with aged care and superannuation (50+ age bracket), which are all closely related (family related).

We specialise in an investment discipline that suits you. If that is an industry fund, a retail \ employer fund or Self Managed Superannuation Fund, our role is to simply explain the costs and returns (historical) or those decisions.

Our ongoing services are tailored investment portfolios (knows as “adviser directed”.

Services

DMFS Financial Advisers offers an extensive range of financial services which enable us to create a tailored financial plan, whatever your financial situation.
Transitioning To Retirement
If you want to reduce your working hours or pay less tax without sacrificing your cash flow, a transition to retirement pension could be the answer.
Aged Care
Australia’s aging population means that more of us than ever before are faced with the challenge of making decisions about aged care for mum or dad.
Superannuation
Superannuation is a tax advantaged way of saving for retirement and makes up two of the three “pillars” of the Government’s retirement income policy.
Financial Retirement Planning
A re-contribution strategy is just that; a withdrawal of your superannuation benefits and a re-contribution back into super.
Wealth Management
Dollar cost averaging is simply the term used to describe the strategy of making regular incremental investments over a period of time as opposed to a one-off lump sum investment.
Estate Planning
Superannuation is a tax advantaged way of saving for retirement and makes up two of the three “pillars” of the Government’s retirement income policy.
